Attending and regular follow up of court cases on behalf of the Company, Interaction with Panel and other lawyers with respect to various Company cases.
Liaison with government departments and legal compliance.
Repository of all agreements and legal documents including property papers.
Candidate must be able to read and write Tamil.
Preferably staying in Hosur , Bommasandra, Anekal area.
MSc/ postgraduate in materials management/ BBM/MBA or any other graduate degree

Prepares instructions regarding systems and procedures for vendors identification for new product development.
Analyzes market and delivery conditions to determine present and future material availabiltiy, and prepares market analysis report.
Develops a system to evaluate vendor quotation that utilizes appropriate negotiation and purchasing techniques to ensure quality, price, delivery, and service.

Recruits and maintains suppliers that provide high quality products and services at a better price while maintainig the highest code of ethics and conduct.
Reviews purchase order claims and contracts for comformance to company policy.
