Manufacturing Plant Extracts at Natural Remedies is fully GMP compliant with state-of-the-art manufacturing equipments. Our technologically sound manufacturing facilities located at Bangalore ushers support to businesses and strategic alliances with outsourcing partners for state-of-the-art specialized facilities.

We have multi-facilities with SS electro-extraction reactors, SS filters & sparklers, chilling and evaporation, centrifuging facilities, crushing facilities, granulation & blending facilities, spray drying, integrated water system, waste treatment and packaging. The company is positioned to offer clients end-to-end high quality products and optimized production practices.

Our manufacturing facilities have a capacity to produce over 3000 MT of standardized extracts year around. The facility has a dedicated Spray-Drying Unit that is designed to meet highest quality standards and optimize product-drying yields with improved density control.

We adopt improved manufacturing practices that are in line with global manufacturing standards and natural product requirements with teams of highly qualified and trained technologists who are backed with a refined manufacturing culture.

Medicines and other health products are produced in different dosage forms – powders, liquids, boil, capsules, tablets, ointments and standardized herbal extracts. Packing is carried out using modern, automated systems developed by leading companies of the world. The machines weigh, fill and seal the packs on line to ensure high levels of hygiene and a better end product.

Manufacturing facilities

Natural Remedies has modern extraction facilities to process 10kg to 3000kg of herbal raw materials at a time. The extraction procedures developed at R&D Center are scaled up by qualified personnel to ensure retention of original quality of extract. Stringent protocols are followed to produce plant extracts of international quality.

The plant extract is equipped with pilot scale facilities to study process development of new products. In addition to conventional procedures of extraction i.e., maceration ( cold extraction ) and reflux extraction, oleoresins and temperature sensitive botanicals, enrichment of bioactive components present in plant extracts are also undertaken using processes developed at R&D to meet specific requirements of customers.
