Position Overview
The Junior Officer – HHP Production (Blending & Packing) is responsible for leading technicians and contract workers to achieve production targets while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The role involves effective production planning, material management, SAP operations, process monitoring, and continuous
improvement in blending and packing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute production plans as per approved schedules and raise material requirements in SAP.
- Ensure availability and compliance of approved raw materials, SOPs, and Batch Manufacturing Records.
- Supervise blending and packing operations by allocating shifts and monitoringtechnician activities.
- Monitor in-process parameters to ensure product quality and process compliance.
- Maintain housekeeping, sanitation, equipment cleaning, and GMP standards in production areas.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation, SAP entries, and record maintenance.
- Drive productivity improvement while reducing power consumption, consumables, and rework.
- Implement workplace safety practices and achieve zero accidents in blending and packing units.
- Manage inventory, material inward/outward activities, and coordination with Stores, QC, and Purchase.
- Support audits, regulatory compliance, and team training to sustain quality and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
Technical & Functional Skills
- Hands-on knowledge of blending and packing operations
- Working knowledge of GMP / ISO quality and safety standards
- Proficiency in SAP for production and stores activities.
- Experience in inventory control and material inward/outward handling
- Ability to supervise technicians and contract workers with effective shift planning
- Strong documentation, compliance, and audit readiness skills
